Shelly Masson is a Leadership Development Specialist in Organizational Development at Fletcher Allen Health Care. In this role, she is involved in various training and organizational initiatives:

Job Shadowing
Leadership Institute programming
Cultural strategy
Employee Advisory Committee
Departmental interventions, retreats and teambuilding
Strategic planning
Resident training
Motivation and recognition programs
Prior to working at Fletcher Allen Health Care, Shelly worked for another health care system in Rhode Island as a Senior Employee Development Specialist and has been involved in training and development for close to 20 years.
A transplant to Vermont, Shelly moved up here after a trip to the FAHC emergency room while on vacation. Having had a great experience, Shelly thought that FAHC would be a great place to work and the wheels were put into motion and as the saying goes, the rest was history. Shelly resides in Williston with her husband Scott and two boys, Riley and Logan. When not at work, Shelly is out having fun with the kids.
