Agnes and her husband Tim, have owned a Dale Carnegie Training® franchise since 1994. She has 20 years of experience as a certified Dale Carnegie® Trainer and works with a diversified list of organizations throughout Vermont, Western New Hampshire and Northeastern New York. Her focus involves the design and delivery of a variety of training and developmental soft skill options - some of which are:

Agnes has an education degree from SUNY Brockport and has lived in Vermont since 1987. Her recent work experiences include VP of Human Resources for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. Agnes is a past ASTD Board Member at Large and is currently volunteering her time with the planning committee for the SEABA Art Hop and a poverty awareness project with Champlain Initiatives.

She lives in Essex Junction with her husband and has two grown children Shani and Ryan. On a typical summer day, Agnes can be found playing amongst the dirt in her gardens.
