In additional to developing and providing training,
Heidi also provides 1:1 consulting with Plan employees
to develop customized solutions to their individual
learning and development needs.
Prior to working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of
Vermont Heidi worked for a long-term care corporation
as a payroll and personnel manager.
A native Vermonter, Heidi grew up on a third-generation
family dairy farm with her parents and four sisters. She
still enjoys the tranquility and beauty the state has
to offer and makes her home in Barre Town with her husband,
Chris and two children, Sierra and Gino. |
